Corona team's factory visit was a complete success

  On May 19, the Corona team visited our Hner factory and started to learn and exchange. Mr. Wang, Mr. Gu and other representatives attended the meeting with the guests and held a symposium. The Corona team gave us the highest evaluation and recognition at the meeting.     On May 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM, the Corona team came to our factory in Hner, and we warmly welcome them. This activity is mainly for the layout of the factory and production situation to exchange. While visiting the factory, our responsible personnel introduced in detail every production process of the toilet from batching, grouting to the functional testing after molding. At the factory, we tested the relevant functions of the customer's desired product on the spot and discussed the correction plan of the product together. To the smart toilet factory, you can see that both the production line and the testing center are not the same as before, more intelligent, scientific and technological, and the experience of customers is more comfortable. Finally, the team expressed great recognition for our factory.     This visit not only deepened the understanding and trust between the two sides, but also laid a solid foundation for more cooperation in the field of toilets in the future.  

Hner toilet quality special sampling activities a complete success

  On May 13, Hner Sanitary Ware Company, in order to ensure product quality and let customers perceive the strength of quality supervision, carried out special sampling activities on toilet quality.     In order to ensure the quality of the toilet and reflect the needs of customers, we convened all the employees of the company and held this sampling activity.Everyone actively participated in the sampling of products. At the site, our quality inspection personnel randomly selected, each type of product randomly selected three pieces, unpacking inspection; During the random inspection, every employee was very careful, pointed out the problems, made records, and found the responsible person to make modifications.During the sampling process, the quality inspection personnel not only introduced the specific process and key points of sampling inspection, but also popularized the knowledge about the quality inspection of the toilet to everyone, and improved the careful awareness of employees on the product.     This activity was held for a whole week and carried out in every department of the factory. We are committed to doing every step of the process, so that the product to achieve zero defects, to give customers the best experience.  

South Korean customers visit Hner toilet production factory

  On April 22, Korean customers visited Hner toilet factory. Before the visit, we introduced the relevant situation, the progress of project cooperation, and the next project plan. After that, we led customers to visit Hner bathroom toilet production factory, where we explained in detail each production process, from ingredient grouting production to repair and firing, as well as the testing of various functions of toilet products. The factory was affirmed by the customer and confirmed the following order quantity.     The next day the Korean customers visited the toilet cover factory and the intelligent toilet factory. The customers are very satisfied with our plant size, daily output and staffing. And they have a strong interest in intelligent toilet, They selected H801,H901, H903, G02 and other products on the spot to send to Korea as samples.     The Korean customer's visit to the factory went smoothly, and the factory won high praise from the customer, which laid a solid foundation for the following in-depth cooperation.
